The staff are great....although the recent influx of 'pink' staff could have you thinking it is a 'gay' venue.I am assured that it is not.The food is nice...although does seem to have gone downhill a little over the past couple months.Sitting next door to Michael Caines recently opened restaurant there is so much potential..however the B Lounge doesnt make the grade I'm afraid.There needs to be changes starting with the removal of one particularly foul mouthed common woman who I think may be called Claire(sorry for naming you but you definitely need to improve your customer service skills!You're not working in your backstreet local now love!)This bar could be so much better!I hope they will at least listen to constructive criticism.

This is a fantastic venue, found it by chance on a sunday afternoon enjoyed a gorgeous sunday lunch away from the hustle and bustle of manchester city centre!
Food and drink reasonably priced, excellent staff and a fantastic ambience, you would never beleive that the world was going on outside of the door.
Recomend this bar to everyone and will definitely return next time im in Manchester!
