Very very average. I expected more since it cost so much - really ?5 million? Anyway, it looks good and the service is okay, but there is much much better places to go for drinks and also Thai food in Manchester.

average you say. How is that. The food is out of this world, the restaurant is breathtaking and the staff are friendly and attentive. The Cinnabar is a great place to relax with friends and anyone who doesn't enjoy it here needs their heads testing I have been a few times now and will hopefully many more. Definitely one of the finest and most exciting places Manchester has had in a long while

Its' a nice design and everything that comes with it, but the most anoying thing about this restaurant, is that i have to do my test on it! A guy called Manzar or what ever is the son of the owner and the grand total for this design is 4.3 million. The chef, apparently is suppossed to be some wackout amazing cook. Personally i have never been there, but will need to take a trip and view the whole ordeal myself.
P.s the last comment? hope you aren't paid to promote Cinnabar, ' food is out of this world' a bit too far isn't it? need i say more.

when people slag something off they should make sense! instead of wasting time slagging people off! Any hoo i think its an ace place to go and the new stuff goin on there is gonna be wicked...especially the music, much better than some of the other electro type nights in town in dingy run down bars! I know what i'd choose any day

what is this guy above taking about - average ?!?!?!, 1. its asian fusion food and 2. its amazing - nothing like it in manchester from decor to the service but i guess your one of the panacea crowd ;) its sooo stylish (reminds me of Buddhakan in New York) not like all the other tacky wannabe in manchester. ive heard theyre getting djs like mehdi and kavinsky over, which will be awesome. cool guys.

Cinnabar & Vermillion really have ot be seen to be believed. Cinnabar especially is only summed up by one word: WOW.

I have eaten downstairs, and am pleased to say the food it top notch, the service is really really good too - the asian staff (jap.chinese, not sure, sorry), really can't do enough for you.
Can't wait to go back :-)

I went to see what cinnabar was really like and personally i think its amazing! The staff are brilliant always helpful and never slow at getting the drinks (Which im my eyes is the most important thing) I enjoyed it so much with the music and the great atmosphere iv decided to celebrate my birthday in style by going back, which again when booking an area and asking ALOT of questions the staff were all great and very very helpful
