Lime review

Lime, hidden away down the side of the Town Hall, is a funny little venue. Upstairs there's an L shaped bar area with slick design and a 180degree view with a curved glass window. Off to one side is a private dining room that doubles as a cocktail room, and downstairs is an oddly shaped club and some outstanding looking toilets.

A favourite amongst the city workers - it's located close to the old Financial district - Lime has never really set the world on fire, but if you're looking for a drink and passing Booth Street then you do a lot worse than this.

my duaghter had had a 21st party here on 3rd march.we had a private dining area . the room itself was well laid out with attention to detail . plenty of staff on the bar who were really pleasant and helpful. the meal was really good and we preordered and so everything was served quickly . and so thanx to kelvin and the rest of the staff for a really special evening .everyone commented on the service,ambiance and the food .

The place might look nice, but don't go in here if youre thirsty. It takes an absolute age to get a drink. And the bar staff are the most ignorant in Manchester!

Had a great night out at Lime last weekend, The cocktails are great, with much attention to detail. There were plenty of staff on so no waiting for drinks.
We ventured down to Sublime at 11.30, there was a good atmosphere with no idiots about. A good party place.
