Recently they have upped the commission charge without notice, pay the rent into our account 3 weeks after the tenant has paid it and now they are charging us an end of tenancy agreement fee which isnt in the agreement we signed. DO NOT rent it, my friend was in black toxic mould and damp conditions for 10 months and nothing was done about it.
