Development review
Development is a collaboration between two underground events - Tweak and Under The Stairs. Both have prospered as individuals, but together they have found even more success. Their niche is bringing in American house DJs, many of whom would not have come to Manchester, whilst showcasing local talent in their backroom.
Their choice of venue has proven to be a good one. The Mint Lounge in the uber trendy Northern Quarter has got some excellent pre-club bars within a few minutes walk, but more importantly is a great venue within itself. Whilst Development takes over the Friday night, the Saturdays are Nish Nash Nosh which is run by the guys behind Electric Chair.
Future bookings look very tasty, and they're gaining a lot of respect from the house heads in Manchester.
