went on Saturday night and I had a great night, as a young single rampant male I was pleased to be out numbered by very nice girls by 3 to 1. Music was good as expected and it is a very nice venue. The big positive is that is seems like one of the safest trouble free clubs that I have ever been..... The negative to all of this as it is hard for big groups of lads to get in together. BUT.... if it means that the club stays safe and that the girls keep coming as they are not hassled by big group of rowdy lads then so be it

1st time in Manchester and visited one central, music was great, people very friendly and I think I might have even met my future wife last night, even the door staff are nice! Cant say enough good things and I will return.... One day.

I love funkademia and I love One Central but part of me is starting to think that Funkademia needs a bigger venue.

Trafford was magic... would like to see more of him at funkademia please!

agree with krymorg! thought the music from start to finish was spot on... havent been to funkademia for a few years as I didnt like zumbar as a venue and the crowd at space wasnt the best. One central is a more glam crowd and I felt like I could get dressed up more for the saturday night. long live funkademia and ill be coming back next week!

It was a pleasure to take photo's here last night! The place was absolutely jumping and showed no signs of slowing down as I was leaving at 3am.

It just goes to show that a good night can live through venue changes if you play the right music. However, One Central could be pushing towards best venue Funkademia's ever had?

Sorry to see the comment about not getting in on Saturday.... we have been at capacity every week but Saturday was very busy and the club was full by about 11:30/11:45. Anyone who gets there before 11:30 will get in though.

gutted I couldn't get in on Saturday! must have been 200 people outside at midnight...

great night on saturday! managed to accomodate our party of 25 and get everyone in fast. was a little surreal to see duncan from blue and rowetta bopping away.

has been rammed and have to get there a bit early, guess thats all good though, music is ace as ever, bar could do with some more offers
