i think pure is a class club me n ma mate go as often as poss i agree with some of the reviews on here yet totally disagree on others yeah the bouncers can be nobs an the reason they have the metal detectors is so (wat sum ppl here wud call the chav's) cant take anything in to harm other ppl wen thy had a lil to much to drink the tunes are mint n the drinks r way to pricy so do wat me n my m8 do get smashed sumwer else then go in there haha PURE is mint

TOTALLY AGREE WITH EVERONES REVIEWS DONT BOTHER GOING DRINKS AND ENTRY FEES ARE FINE £6 TO GET IN AND £3 AN ALCOPOP DECENT ENOUGH! GET SOME NEW BLOKES ON THE DOOR! Simple as that, had id, was dressed to match the dress code, but still complete wankers to me, the way they spoke to people was so offensive and patronising. THEY RUIN A DECENT VENUE!

I went to Pure this weekend all dressed up and ready to go with a group of friends. We were all really looking forward to the night as we had heard great things. The clubbers at the door on stilts were very cool, a good touch and enchanced the atmosphere inside. However, the bouncers were unbelievable - I am a regular clubber in Birmingham and most of the time the bouncers are up for a laugh as long as you are pleasant enough. The bouncers at and in Pure were so aggressive and humourless. They confiscated my friend's whistle necklace on the way back in from having a smoke even though a group of six of us had been allowed in whilst wearing them and swore at me when I smiled at him and joked that he just took it because he fancied having a pink necklace. We were sworn at for apparently blocking the stairs (a simple mistake - only needed an "excuse me guys, don't stand in the stairs please" rather than a "get out of the fucking stairs"). The club is a great venue and I am so disappointed that it's not being run in a way that really gets the most out of it. Clubbers are mainly just out to have a good ol' stomp and have fun & should not be treated as criminals. I really hope that Pure can remedy the problems that are clearly tainted some people's nights. You only have to look at the similar complaints that echo this one to realise that. Come on Pure - you're in a great location, sort it out

pure is amazing, I had a out of date passport and the bouncer said i can't go in but after a bit of "Please Mate, I didn't know" he let me in. It was the night Titchy Stryda was there. It's full of 18 to 25 year olds for sure lol.

im going to Pure for my 18th. cant wait. heard alot of mixed reviews but most are good, except for the ones on here. but yesh how much are the drinks? someone says overpriced?
