A stunning venue, but not quite up to par in my book. Room is a modern english restaurant that certainly delivers on looks, but is sadly let down by service and - cough - the foods. Certainly one of the best looking restaurants, and I'd recommend that you give it a go at least once just to enjoy the decor, and for the bar, but don't expect too much. A great restaurant for a date, for the parents, or for friends.

This modern, English restaurant is being praised from all quarters, and if you can stomach a meal at this cost, and in this environment, then I suggest that you tiptoe down Piccadilly to the former Rosseti building.

Opus One is the restaurant inside the Radisson hotel on Peter Street. It serves from a modern english menu, and with prices upwards of £20 a head you're certainly paying for a fine dining experience. Despite the size of the portions the food is of a very high standard, and there's a good selection of wines and cocktails that are worth a try.
