Really, really nice staff but the service is unbelievably slow. I've been in there for a supposedly quick lunch thats taken over two hours because of the length of time it takes to have our orders taken.

I'd like to say it was a one off but it happens every time.

just another example of staff trying to get their superiors in trouble by bad reviewing.

I went to cafe rouge on Saturday 1st September 2007, I was looking forward to eat the food I ordered which sounded great. My starter came which looked appetising, I went to pick up the bread which came with the course and noticed that it had been dipped in my starter and someone had taken a bite out of it. you can imagine how I felt. To cut a long story short, I found out it was a starter that had been sent back to the kitchen. How can this happen, do they not dispose of these. What else are they serving up.

Once again I would like to comment on how amazingly efficient the manager of cafe rouge in Didsbury is. She is polite friendly and very efficient! Didsbury is where I live and I love to come to cafe rouge as its good food and good service! however I didn't like it as much before I think this is because of the new manager Louisa!

The most delicious Onion soup I have ever eaten anywhere, including France. Service as professional as on the European Continent and as friendly and as personable as the best in the North of England.
