Chandlers is an award-winning waterside restaurant in the Copthorne Hotel Manchester, boasting a fabulous location that compliments its excellent Modern International Menu. The average cost for a lunch is £26, whilst a dinner comes in at just over £40. Chandlers operate a fixed price dinner menu that gives you two courses for £25 or £33.50 for three.

The restaurants is the perfect place for business entertaining, intimate dinners or to celebrate special occasions. Chandler's light airy ambience during the day changes to a subtly romantic one in the evening and their seasonal menus produced by executive head chef Wayne Hatenboer are prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients. Chandlers speciality creations like baked wild mushroom and Madeira tea with celeriac, truffle and poached quails' eggs, followed by steamed crispy Gressingham duck with five spice set on balsamic vinegar and lemon grass infusion and rhubarb chutney.

Although a little 'out of the way' Chandlers is a great restaurant to head to when it's business (and it matters) or for a romantic dinner.
