I Love love love piccolinos the atmosphere the food everything ettore looks after us every time we are there which is once a month, and infact we are there new years eve, looking forward to it..well done piccolinos There rosemary roasted new potaotes are sublime.

I disagree completely. I am a regular at Piccolino and I cannot fault either the staff or the standard of the food. The atmosphere is always buzzing however they are most welcoming and I have never felt rushed. Occasionally there can be a wait for your food on a Saturday evening but that is the only fault I have.

I agree entirely with Cat Davies. If you want good food, friendly staff, good service at a leisurely pace, then I definitely do not recommend Piccolino's. The Manager just wants you in and out and there is no breathing space between courses. I went on a Saturday night and over £600 was spent, we were practically thrown out in the end, and we had not been there too long. This is a restaurant that is off my good food list!

I was really disappointed and my dining experience there really ruined my birthday celebrations.
Myself and four close friends had really looked forward to it, but when we got there we were shocked to discover that we were seated two tables from a larger party that were allowed to bring in a guitar and sing at the top of their lungs. It was awful. The manager was also really insincere about it and acted as though we were a burden by the end of it. We were only compensated by having a £10 main deducted from the bill!
Also we ordered Rosemary potatoes that never arrived but were still on the bill.
Just bad customer service. I asked why we hadn't been informed of this when we book....shrugged shoulders and a 'my hands are tied' was the appalling response.
