Or your breakfast meeting, for that matter, because Zinc Bar & Grill is open from the early hours to the late ones, and with its dark and glamorous bar area and light, bright, buzzing dining room, it is the right place everything from mad I-just-dumped-my-boring-partner celebrations to smart business launches to dressy stag & hen do's. The menu focuses on healthy eating, with Middle Eastern salads like fattoush, or Eastern delights like prawn wontons to start. The grilled main courses are bursting with flavour, and the burgers are divine. The wine list has many bottles in the reasonable range, all interesting, and the drinks list is unforgettable, or it would have been if we hadn't investigated it quite so thoroughly. All in all, Zinc is a smart choice for smart events.
