The well-stocked designer kitchen has a microwave and fridge freezer, and the apartment comes complete with all the basics that you need for your stay.

The apartment also comes with a secure parking space, so you can park inside the property and there's no extra charge.

As well as living in the lap of luxury you can also take advantage of Manchester's new food delivery services. They'll pick up a meal from one - or more - of Manchester's finest restaurants and deliver it to your front door, so you can sample a main course from the nearby Shimla Pinks, wash it down with a bottle of wine and then finish with some fine Italian ice cream from Alberts Shed.

Whilst there are cheaper serviced apartments on the market, in fact most in Manchester City Centre will come in at around £80-£100, this is clearly a cut above.
