Friday nights are brill in there if your only after a good night dancing and drinking, as far as the men are concerned they can be leaches who make you feel uncomfortatble always staring and trying to dance with you

I rally enjoyed Bookbinders, I'm not desperate and i'm not old, the music was cheesey and brill and it wasn't full of lads who cant hold their beer. excellent atmosphere.

£7 wasted, because i had teeth and didnt fit in!!

Bookbinder's is as it states for the more mature person able to have a good night without wanted to behave like a total prat, and I love it feel safe and happy to have a good time without having to watch out for young idiots that cant hold there drink ruining a good night for others.

Would highly recommend if you want a mature night in a club.

Great place for a good time. Males can be harrassing at times but that aside people are really friendly, music is good and live entertainment is brilliant. Well done bookbinders!

Have been there a few times and have always enjoyed myself all staff are welcoming great music which i enjoy dancin to never had a bad experience there and what is great is there are no young lads there who think they are 10 men and off their heads i feel safe to have a drink and enjoy myself not foreva watchin my back for young ones kicking off

a few years ago when mr bookbinder was alive the place was fantastic.since then it has steadily gone downhill, the dress standards have slipped and the atmosphere has almost dissapeared.....but where else can you go when you are in your fourties.im lucky if i go once a year but my freinds go almost every week.....they cant stay away from the place.

think i'll try it this week for a quick bud....... it makes sense

well its that time of the year again. to go to bookbinders.some people are there every week. you can't get in sometimes for the addicts, is it me or are the clientele getting more halfwitty?

It was a good night out a few years ago but has changed. Was there with my sister a while back and most of the men seemed not to have grasped the english language or etiquette, we had guys constantly trying to manhandle us and having to communicate in sign language, but all that aside we had a good night just people watching. Very entertaining
