Hated every min in this place, met by a man older than Gods Dog and had a canny resemblance to Minty from Eastenders, who told me he was the head doorman Howard, then went on to tell me he was the only doorman in manchester to run a club without a doorbadge because of his criminal record How very charming, the manager seemed to think this was funny. hi think m2 is one of the biggest best club in manchester, thursday nights its r&b thats the place you should be in. i love it on a thursday student nights.

And yes i do have a conviction for public order when protecting baby seals who were being slaughtered for there fur off the Scotish coast when i was In Green Peace and if protecting baby animals is a crime then im guilty. i love m2 but the doorman r Di*ks i work with Rocksteady security and the m2 doorman r shi*te they cherry pick who they like i went to a chinese night party called f island and i got refused entry but my chinese gf got in i was not happy i heard it happened to someone before an got reported on the news was not happy other then that m2 is great

im an asian dude an i think theres too much trouble with the asian community on a thursday no wonder i always get knocked back cos one of the doorman told me theres too many asians in there which i thougt fair enough i guess there right lol

i think the doorman r a bit funny with the dresscode when me an my friends went in we all wore pretty much the same trainers but of all the people i wasent allowed in the doorman said i was to casual which i thought fair enough i came in the next week they said ur waay to formal... but i was wearing the same wears. i really dont understand it some people said its racism but i refuse to believe that but am i allowed to ask for there door badge?

i am a regular at m2 and i think that the doorman r ace!in relation 2 amber greens comments howard is a manager how could you even think he is a doorman,he is past it and physicaly not big enuff to be a doorman,he is a great manager tho and i agree with him,SAVE THE SEALS!as for the fella who works for rocksteady security who says the doorteam r sh*t at m2 i think you need to give ur head a wank.same to you amber green you arsehole

m2 is ok but doorman r b*stards. everytime i go there they say dress is not right , they just find excuses. oh your dress is too casual, oh your dress is too formal.what???????????somebody should do something about that.

Recently been to this place and man it's as bad a club as I've been to - awful music, arsey doorstaff, and they only sell (overpriced) bottles rather than giving the customer choice.

No wonder it was dead - it seems the kind of place that's only kept going by those who know no better, and are of no discernible taste.

we went to m2 yesterday. not a lot of people were dancing an da music was repeatin. n people were also fartin n burpin i was disgusted.

m2 is a good night it cud b better though. the music is ok. but the doormen really know how to bring it. there was a fight inside with two p*ssed up guys - and bham! within mintues they were on their arses outside. if they think ur gonna b a d*ck then you probably are.

I went to M2 at friends birthday and it was good night. I used to go here before it was M2, when it was Discoteque Royale, in the 90's. It was great then, a completely different crowd and this place was one of the best intown together with Piccadilly 21's. It was rocking. I am asian, there were not so many asians out in clubs then, but there are lots now and they all seem to chill out at M2. Its a great place for all to relax and dance the the night away. Well done M2.

Too expensive, awful music, not a great night. Shame really, it looked like a place to go for a good night.

Had a great night when I last went, was an all Asian night which I found weird but there were so many fit asian girls in there-pulled like 6 and the guys were a laugh, not the usual common chavs who, after one drink are p*ssed and up for a fight. Over priced drinks did my head in, but staff were alright and music was rnb at its best.

Tragic place, M2 is everything that's bad about the Manchester clubbing scene. Go once. Then every time you go to a decent club you'll be that much more happy you're there.

dont know what as happened to security staff lately at m2 they used to be firm but friendly now every saturday they can be seen bullying and just fighting everybody think the management should take a strong look at their security and get it sorted out before one of them goes to far

This place is full of wankers, the music is shit and the drinks are pricey. From a female point of view, if you want to get various parts of your anatomy groped by ugly undesirables who call themselves footballers to the sound of what can only loosley be described as music then head on down. What a waste of an amazing building.

Someone obviously doesn't want the ugly truth about the M2 being made public looking at the number of messages that have been deleted. If you guys don't want negative reviews then sort the place out. No doubt this message will also be deleted.
