Q: How many people can a serviced apartment hold?
A: Most apartments hold either two or four people, but since the price we quite is per apartment and not per person an apartment will cater for between one and four people. Occasionally we have access to apartments that can sleep more people, please take a look at our serviced apartment pages to view availability.

Q: How do I pay for my apartment, is it the same as a hotel?
A: It's the same as booking a hotel through WHLN - use your credit card to reserve the apartment on the date that you specify and then payment will be taken by the apartment themselves. Most will take payment AFTER you have vacated the property, the exact details will be displayed when you choose to make a booking at a hotel

Q: We're coming to Newcastle for a night out - can we have a party in our Apartment?
A: Some apartments have specific instructions regarding parties, for those that don't use your discretion. Often apartments are located in city centre buildings so please bear in mind the neighbours!
